1. All players legal guardians must agree to 49ers PREP waiver form for their specific league before participating.

2. Players must be at least 7 years old by the first practice to participate.

3. Players cannot be older than 14 years old by the first day of practice to participate.

4. Players must be in good standing with the partnering organization that they want to play for.
